Scores are never for sale
The scoring engine cannot read a provider's plan, payment or partnership status. Paid placement exists, sits in its own labeled slot, and leaves the organic order untouched.
Every managed IT provider gets a trust score built from what their clients actually say, checked against what we can verify. No plan, payment or partnership moves a score. Not by a decimal.
Providers can pay us for visibility and market intelligence. They cannot pay for a better score, a higher organic rank or a better quiz match. That is enforced in the code, not just promised on a page.

The full method is public: every input, every weight, every rule for what counts. Each profile shows its own breakdown, so anyone can see exactly why a provider scored the way it did.
Every reviewer sees the same next step, whatever rating they give. A review is never removed for being negative, and nobody can pay to hide one.
A few questions about your company, your size, your industry and what is not working today. No account, no sales call.
Providers that match your needs, ranked by trust score, with pricing benchmarks so you know what fair looks like before anyone quotes you.
Your details go only to the providers you choose. Need help right now? Urgent requests go to providers available nearby.
Providers that meet our inclusion bar are listed from public data, free. At launch you can claim yours, correct anything we got wrong and show the evidence behind your work.
Rules every provider plays by, written into the platform. Every quarter we publish how introductions were distributed, by region, without naming anyone.
Yes. Searching, comparing, pricing benchmarks and introductions are free, and you never need an account.
Providers can pay for visibility, such as one clearly labeled Featured spot per area, and for market intelligence like analytics. None of it is an input to a score, an organic rank or a match.
No. Reviews are moderated only for abuse, personal information and off-topic content. Being negative is never a reason to remove one, and providers cannot offer anything in exchange for a review.
